Karl Lagerfeld approached us to create an ongoing social media campaign featuring a Gen-AI version of Choupette - Karl’s famously pampered cat and beloved global icon - imagined across a series of fictional scenarios.

We explored the brief from multiple angles, developing several creative routes before settling on a hybrid technique combining real still photography with AI-driven animation. The core challenge was to preserve Choupette’s authentic look, personality, and believable behavior, while seamlessly placing her into convincing environments.

We supervised the photoshoot with Gen-AI VFX in mind, then brought the studio portrait stills to life as a series of playful 15-second scenes set within elegant Parisian settings.
